Remember when this was a miracle?

Midday Report!

Abby ate about much as breakfast. I had to hold her nose pointed upward while I put each piece of food in her mouth. She seemed interested in the food, but too depressed to eat it on her own. She was a lot perkier after eating, though. Zoe came over and licked Abby all over when we were done. I'm sure part of it was looking for spare bits of food, but I think she was giving her some kisses in there, too.

Morning Report

Abby really didn't want to eat this morning.  I remember that you said she didn't want to eat yesterday morning, either.  I did get her to eat by feeding her each piece of food like a pill.  She probably ate 1/3 a scoop of dry food coated in cannned.  I didn't want to just give her the syrup because I was afraid she would be worse off when she came down from the sugar high.  She took all of her medicine and seemed much happier after the pain pill kicked in. 

 

Zoe ate everything except for the dry food, but she's been going back and picking at it as I do other things.  Maybe she just wanted to save a snack for the daytime.

She climbed the stairs!

She ate a little less than at lunch. We gave her a pain pill because she seems to be uncomfortable.

Abby update

She was sleepy when I got here and the bowl of food must have looked daunting. I gave her some syrup to pep her up and then she ate 1/8 can and a half a scoop of dry. Not too bad!
